SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 12

Minear, Boley, Helmick, Sprouse, Tomblin, Mr. President,
Schoonover, White, Sharpe, Dugan, Oliverio, Love, Scott, Craigo,
Deem, Macnaughtan, Walker, Wooton, Jackson, Chafin, Buckalew and
Fanning)
Requesting the division of highways to officially name the
highway bridges which lie within the bounds of Summers
County, West Virginia, as follows:
The Hinton New River bridge, the Bellepoint bridge, the
Greenbrier Bellepoint bridge, the Pence Springs bridge, the
Talcott bridge, the Willow Wood bridge, the Wiggins bridge and
the Sandstone bridge.
Whereas, The Summers County historic landmark commission
voted and agreed upon these names; therefore, be it
Resolved by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That the division of highways officially name these bridges
as described above; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the Clerk of the Senate is hereby
directed to forward a copy of this resolution to the commissioner
of the division of highways.
